Common questions

I didn't get my verification email

Check your spam or junk folder first — that is where it usually is. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, tap Resend email on the verification screen. The resend button waits 60 seconds between sends to avoid being rate-limited. If nothing arrives after two attempts, email us and we will verify your account manually.

I didn't get my password reset email

Same first step: check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the same email address you signed up with — for security we show the same confirmation whether or not an account exists. If you are not sure which address you used, email us from the address you think it was and we will check.

I forgot my password

On the login screen tap "Trouble logging in?", enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link. The link opens a page where you can set a new password, then you can sign back in.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked for your email and password to confirm, then your account and personal data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

How do I change my username or display name?

Go to Settings → Account. You can change your display name and your username there. Usernames must be unique, so you will see a live check as you type.

Is this real gambling? Can I lose money?

No. YouOnIt uses virtual chips that have no cash value. There is nothing to deposit, nothing to withdraw, and no way to convert chips into money or anything else of value. It is a social game played for bragging rights.

Someone is being abusive in a chat

Please email us with your username, the squad or table name, and roughly when it happened. We take harassment seriously and can remove content and suspend accounts that break our community rules.

A result settled incorrectly

Fixture results come from third-party sports data providers, and occasionally a result is corrected after the fact. If you think a wager settled wrongly, email us with the table and the fixture and we will look into it — we can re-settle affected wagers so chips end up where they should.
