YouOnIt is a social game. You and your friends create tables, make predictions on real football fixtures, and track who comes out on top using virtual chips.

YouOnIt is not a gambling service. No real money is staked or lost anywhere in the app, and chips can never be turned into money or anything of value.

The game is free to play, and it is decided by your calls rather than your wallet. Chips cannot be bought, and nothing you can pay for changes a price, a result or the season table. See section 4.

Sometimes we run a free prize competition, such as Player of the Season in the Open League. A prize is won for where you finish, never bought, and never paid out for chips. See section 7.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You must sign up with accurate information and a working email address that is yours.

One account per person. Keep your password safe: everything done while signed in to your account counts as done by you.

Chips exist only inside the app. They have no cash value and are not a currency, credit, or property of any kind.

• Chips cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred outside the app, or exchanged for real money or anything of value.
• Every player at a table starts every round on the same stack, and no payment can add to it.
• Winning or losing chips has no financial effect on you or anyone else.
• A prize in one of our free competitions (section 7) is for where you finish. It is never a payout for chips, and no amount of chips can be exchanged for it.
• We may reset, adjust or correct chip balances to fix errors or abuse.

If you and other players privately agree to give chips real-world value, that is entirely between you, outside the app, and against these terms. We do not support, facilitate or honour any such arrangement.

YouOnIt is free to play. Everything that decides a bet, a round, the season or a prize (chips, prices, power-ups, points) comes from playing, and none of it is for sale.

You can buy supporter stickers to show on your profile card, and packs of stickers to send in chat. One sticker, Player of the Round, is never sold: it is only ever won, by finishing first in a round. We may offer other optional extras too, such as designs for your profile or table, or turning ads off. Anything we sell changes how the app looks or feels, never how the game plays: no chips, no better price, no advantage in any pot, round or season table, and you never need one to use any part of the game.

Anything sold in the app is bought through Apple or Google. They take the payment and handle refunds under their own store rules, and we never see your card details. What you buy is a licence to use it inside the app: like chips, it has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

• A sticker or a sticker pack belongs to the YouOnIt account that bought it, on any phone you sign in on. Other players can see the stickers you put on your card, and the stickers you send in chats.
• If a purchase ever does not show up, Restore purchases (in Settings → Account) checks with Apple or Google and adds anything bought with that Apple ID or Google account.
• If a purchase is refunded, the sticker or pack it paid for is removed. Stickers from a refunded pack that you have already sent stay in the chat, but no new ones can be sent.
• If you delete your account, your stickers and packs leave with it. A new account signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account can restore the ones you bought.

We may also show ads in the app, including ads from other games and from licensed betting companies. Ads are marked as ads, and an advertiser has no say over prices, results, settlement, chip balances or the season table.

An ad takes you to somebody else's service, with its own terms, its own age limits and, for a betting company, real money and real risk. That is separate from the game inside YouOnIt, which stays chips-only with nothing to deposit or withdraw. If gambling elsewhere ever stops being fun, BeGambleAware.org has free, confidential help.

Fixture schedules, live scores and results come from third-party sports data providers. We work to keep them accurate and timely, but we cannot guarantee they are error-free.

Bets settle automatically from the data we receive. If a result is corrected by our data provider, or a settlement was clearly wrong, we may re-settle the affected bets so chips end up where they should have.

Postponed or abandoned fixtures may cause bets to be called off and chips returned.

The app is for friendly competition. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post content in chat that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.
• Exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the service, other accounts, or our data providers.
• Run real-money gambling through the app, take payments from other players, promote your own business, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in YouOnIt.

Message text and names (display names, usernames, table and group names) are screened automatically before they are posted, and anything matching our prohibited list is refused. Automated screening is not perfect and photos are not screened automatically, so please report anything it misses and we will act on it.

You can report any chat message by pressing and holding it, and report any player (their name, username or photo) from their profile. A message you report is hidden from you straight away. You can block any player from their profile, from a chat, or from a reported message. Blocking hides your messages from each other everywhere in the app and tells us about it.

We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the accounts responsible are restricted, suspended or closed, with or without warning depending on how serious it is.

From time to time we run a free competition with a real prize, such as Player of the Season in the Open League. Each one has its own rules, which you can read in the app for as long as it runs: what the prize is, who can win it, how the winner is decided and how the prize is claimed. Where a competition's rules and these terms disagree about that competition, its rules apply.

• They are always free. There is nothing to pay to enter, and nothing you can buy in the app improves your chances.
• A winner must be 18 or over and meet the competition’s own rules, which may also say where they must live.
• Breaking these terms during a competition, for example by playing on more than one account or working with other players to push one of you up the standings, means you cannot win it.
• Apple and Google are not sponsors of any of our competitions and are not involved in them in any way.

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, photos, your profile). You give us permission to store and display that content inside the app so the service works, for example showing your messages to your squad.

You are responsible for what you post. Only share photos you have the right to share.

YouOnIt is built and run by one person, and the app will evolve. We may add, change or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance.

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and bug-free, but we cannot promise it always will be.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that the law requires us to act on. A restricted account can still sign in, read everything and delete itself, but cannot post messages, change its name or photo, or start and rename tables until the restriction is lifted.

If you think we got it wrong, email karum@youonit.co.uk and a person will look again.

If we make meaningful changes we will update the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live requires otherwise.
